Do you need a personalised and supervised exercise program to help with pain, injury or strength in a small group setting?

What is Clinical Pilates & Therapeutic Exercise

Clinical Pilates is a method of exercise used for rehabilitation after injury, weakness or surgery run by a qualified Physiotherapist. Some of the benefits of Clinical Pilates include improvements in: posture, flexibility, muscle strength, control, balance and core and pelvic floor strengthening.

Why is our program different?

Our brand new state of the art studio is located upstairs. We run small group classes with a 1:4 ratio so you get a devoted Physiotherapist assisting with your personalised exercise plan. You will attend a Pilates Assessment to determine the areas that need attention and have a personalised program developed to target you specifically. If you haven’t had any experience in Pilates, we have smaller group classes of a 1:2 ratio to ensure you can participate within your capabilities, once you are ready you can commence the larger classes if you so wish. We offer both casual classes with no lock in contracts or packages of classes that discount your expense.
