Medicare visits
Do you have a referral from your GP for Medicare rebated visits?
At Preston Physiotherapy all of our Physiotherapists provide services under the Medicare program. We require the referral to be provided at time of booking. Appointments require payment on the day and if your details are registered with Medicare, you will be rebated $63 into your account the following day. We take care of the rebate for you, so you don’t have to do anything to have the money returned promptly. Please see more details below:
GAP PRICE MEDICARE VISITS
If you wish to book your appointment at any time without delay, a GAP fee applies. These can be booked online, or call our friendly reception team to arrange an appointment. If you book these appointments online, they will be subject to payment on the day of service.
BULKING BILLING MEDICARE VISITS
Bulk Billed Appointments are available with certain Physiotherapists, subject to availability, between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. These appointments are not available to be booked online. Please call our friendly reception team or fill out the form below, and we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the appointment for you. We use a triage system for urgency, so please provide as much information as possible to ensure we can see you as soon as possible. Failure to attend fees still apply.
