Refer a friend promo

For each client that you refer to us from March 2025 onwards, we will give you 25% off your next appointment AND the person you refer gets 10% off their 1st appointment.

Do you know someone that is looking for a physiotherapist to help them along their journey? If you do, and they attend an appointment, make sure they list you as their referrer so you both don’t miss out.

Ts & Cs

1. The person you refer must attend the clinic and pay for their first consultation (with a 10% discount applied) and list you as their referrer on their initial form

2. Your appointment needs to be in the next 6 months from the date the referred client attends to receive the 25% discount. We will notify you when your discount is activated via email.

3. Discount of 25% is valid for one consultation only, per person you refer

4. Each person you refer, can be applied to one appointment only - one discount per service (ie. you are not able to use more than one 25% discount for one appointment, but if you refer more than one person, that does mean you can have more than one consult at a 25% discount)

5. Not available in conjunction with any other offer

6. Valid only for full priced consultations

7. You are still able to claim your private health insurance on these discounted appointments

8. The 25% discount can only be used for 1:1 Physiotherapy appointments

9. The discount is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in retrospect on past appointments

10. We do not encourage you to coerce people to attend our clinic, it is only suitable for people who legitimately require a treatment

11. Consultation prices are subject to change, and the discount is applied to the price of the consultation at the time of the consultation

12. The discount will be applied to your next appointment, and cannot be ‘saved for later’

13. The is no expectation that clients should refer others to us, this is simply for those that choose to, a little something, to say thanks!

14. A referred person must be a friend or family member of the referrer, and can not have been a patient of Preston Physiotherapy before

15. Offer cannot be redeemed for compensable appointments such as workcover, TAC, NDIS, DVA or bulk-billing EPC

16. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not refer yourself to also be the referred customer

17. This promotion currently has no end date, we will notify via email when the promotion has ceased

18. The discount is only applied after the referred client attends and pays for their appointment

19. The referred person attending receives 10% of their first consultation, no further discounts apply, unless they then refer a friend or family member, and then they qualify for the same promotion as above on their next appointment, same terms and conditions outlined above.
