Head to our online booking page (link above) or call us (see below) to make an appointment. For telehealth appointments we take our payments prior to the appointment. If you wish to check if you are suitable for telehealth, head to our FAQ (link below) to give you an idea of the types of injuries or issues that are suitable.

Once you have made a booking, if you are new to our clinic, you will need to follow the link in your appointment confirmation (via email) to fill out a form with your details PRIOR to your FIRST appointment (link to form also below). This allows us to be sure that you are suitable for a telehealth appointment. If you are not sure, please feel free to call us prior to booking so we can run through your suitability. However, if for some reason, this step is missed and we realise you are not suitable, we can offer a full refund with ease if you have prepaid.

You can access the video call by by following an email link we will provide you with prior to your appointment (please check your junk mail if it hasn’t arrived to your inbox). We request that you enter the call approximately five minutes prior to your appointment. Once the Physiotherapist joins, your feed will be live. Don’t forget when prompted allow access to your camera and microphone. Don’t worry, our software is encrypted so no one will be able to sneak a peak!
